Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is seeking an Operations Associate to manage a live book of court hearings and secure attorney coverage on tight deadlines. This role involves high-volume outreach by phone, email, and text, with real-time fee negotiation and a focus on maintaining margins.

As part of the Coverage team, you’ll onboard and support attorneys, keep clients informed, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized and able to manage many open items at once without slip.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-friendly and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of open court hearings and work them daily by phone, text, and email to secure attorney coverage.
• Negotiate fees in real time and hold your position on price.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize competing hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys; explain how the platform works and be their go-to contact.
• Keep clients in the loop and update law firms on hearing status.
