Docketly, a fast-growing legal-tech firm, is seeking an Operations Associate to own a live book of court hearings. On a remote team, you will negotiate in real time, coordinate coverage, and keep attorneys and law firms updated throughout the day.

You’ll manage a high-volume workflow, push for timely closures, onboard new attorneys, and ensure data accuracy. This is a fast-paced role with clear performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized with ability to juggle many items.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by managing a portfolio of open hearings.
• Negotiate fees in real time and protect margin while getting to yes.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps.
• Onboard and support attorneys; be their go-to contact.
• Keep clients informed on hearing status and pipeline updates.
• Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and share recurring coverage gaps for process improvements.
