A tech-driven customer support firm seeks a remote Customer Support Agent to be the first point of contact for users via email and chat. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced start-up, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. This is a US-based remote Customer Support Agent position.
