This remote, full-time role emphasizes negotiation, rapid decision-making, and meticulous data management to keep hearings on track and clients informed.

You’ll collaborate with a nationwide network, onboard attorneys, and maintain strong client communication while meeting daily metrics and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role with high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized with the ability to manage many open items at once.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by contacting attorneys to lock in coverage.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
