Docketly is seeking an Operations Associate on our Coverage team. This remote, full-time role manages a live book of court hearings, reaching out by phone, text, and email to secure attorney coverage before hearings.

You will negotiate fees in real time, triage a fast-moving pipeline, and keep clients updated while protecting margins. You'll onboard attorneys, answer questions, and be the go-to contact to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized and able to manage many items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by contacting attorneys.
• Own a portfolio of hearings and lock in coverage via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margins.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys; keep clients updated.
• Maintain accurate records and log activity.
• Collaborate with team during daily huddles.
