Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role with high-volume outreach or negotiation.
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple items.
• Calm, decisive under deadline pressure; adaptable.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margins.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard attorneys and support clients to keep them engaged.
• Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate data.
• Identify recurring gaps and share improvement ideas.
