Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is seeking an Operations Associate on our Coverage team to manage a live book of court hearings remotely. You’ll work the phones, texts, and emails to lock in attorney coverage before deadlines, balancing speed with quality while protecting margins.

You’ll negotiate fees in real time, onboard attorneys, keep clients updated, and log activity to keep the pipeline accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills; can manage many items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own a live book of court hearings and lock in attorney coverage by phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margins.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys.
• Keep clients updated on hearing status.
• Log activity and maintain data accuracy.
