Job summary

Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is a fast-growing legal-tech company. We are seeking an Operations Associate to own a live book of court hearings, negotiate in real time, and manage attorney coverage across a nationwide network.

You will coordinate communications by phone, text, and email, ensure accurate records, and keep hearings on track while protecting margins. This remote role reports to the Coverage team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized with ability to manage many items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by phone, text, and email to lock in attorney coverage.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support new attorneys, acting as primary contact.
• Keep clients updated on hearing status and maintain data quality.
