Job summary

Docketly, a fast-growing legal-tech firm, is seeking an Operations Associate to manage attorney coverage remotely. You’ll negotiate fees, coordinate hearings, and maintain client communications in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work on a live book of hearings, triage schedules, onboard attorneys, and keep data accurate while supporting a nationwide network of counsel. This is a full-time remote role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills on the phone and in writing.
• Genuinely organized with the ability to manage many open items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure with quick decision making.
• Tech comfortable and quick to learn new platforms, including CRM tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own a live book of hearings and lock in attorney coverage by phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin and getting to yes.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard new attorneys and be the go-to contact for inquiries.
• Update law firms on hearing status to maintain trust and accuracy.
• Log activity and keep pipeline data clean for reporting.
