Job summary

Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is seeking an Operations Associate on our Coverage team. This remote, full-time role involves owning a live book of court hearings and coordinating via phone, text, and email to lock in attorney coverage before deadlines.

You will negotiate fees in real time, triage a fast-moving pipeline, onboard and support attorneys, and keep clients informed while protecting margins. Base pay is $20–$22 per hour; Monday–Friday, Mountain Time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone with strong written communication.
• Genuinely organized, able to manage many items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by calling, texting and emailing attorneys.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys, being their go-to contact.
• Keep law firms updated on hearing status.
• Log activity, confirm assignments, and keep data accurate.
