Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized, you manage many open items at once without letting anything slip.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by owning a portfolio of open hearings and contacting attorneys by phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time, holding your position and extending offers to protect margins.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline, prioritize hearings, and explain your reasoning to the team.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first mindset.
• Onboard and support attorneys, answering questions and being their go-to contact.
• Keep clients updated on status to build trust and avoid surprises.
• Log activity, confirm assignments, and keep the pipeline accurate.
