Docketly, a sister company to ABC Legal Services, is seeking an Operations Associate to own a live book of hearings and secure attorney coverage via phone, text, and email. The role is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and remote with Indiana scheduling considerations.

You will negotiate in real time, manage last-minute changes, and keep clients informed while protecting margins. This is a growth-focused position with a clear performance ladder.

Qualifications

• High-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation experience.
• Comfortable and effective on the phone with clear written communication.
• Genuinely organized, able to manage many items at once without slipping.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and move forward.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by managing an open book of hearings through phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate real-time fees, handle counteroffers, and protect margin while achieving yes.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline, prioritizing hearings and explaining reasoning.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first mindset.
• Onboard and support attorneys, guiding them through how Docketlyworks and responding to questions.
