Docketly is seeking an Operations Associate for its Coverage team. This remote, full-time role involves managing a live book of court hearings, negotiating in real time, and keeping both law firms and attorneys aligned.

You will handle scheduling, outreach, and data entry while protecting margins and deadlines. You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating by phone, text, and email to lock in attorney coverage and keep hearings on track.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized. You manage many open items at once without letting anything slip.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-friendly and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline. Own a portfolio of open hearings and contact attorneys to commit coverage before the hearing date.
• Negotiate fees in real time and protect margin while getting to yes.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and explain reasoning clearly to the team.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first mindset.
• Onboard and support attorneys and be their go-to contact.
• Keep clients updated on hearing status to build trust.
