Docketly is looking for an Operations Associate to manage a live book of court hearings, negotiating fees and securing attorney coverage remotely. You will handle calls, texts, and emails, triage a fast-moving pipeline, and onboard attorneys while keeping clients informed and data clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a role with high-volume outreach or negotiation.
• Strong phone, verbal and written communication.
• Organized and able to manage many items at once.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by contacting attorneys.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margins.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys; be their go-to contact.
• Keep clients informed on hearing status and updates.
• Log activity and keep pipeline accurate.
