Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Contents Evaluator Associate to support contents inventories and reporting remotely for multiple jurisdictions. You will assess replacement cost and actual cash value, apply policy terms, and prepare detailed reporting for insureds and adjusters.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and correspondence to customers, other VeriClaim adjusters, and/or insureds.
• Evaluates inventories (residential and commercial) for replacement cost and actual cash value.
• Applies policy limitations and exclusions.
• Finalizes inventory for reporting with enclosures and notes.
• Facilitates replacement services as directed by the Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Communicates with colleagues, management, customers, and insureds courteously and professionally.
• Conforms to regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions.
