Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years customer service experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and correspondence to customers, other adjusters, and insureds.
• Evaluates inventories on a replacement cost and actual cash value basis.
• Applies limitations and exclusions based on policy.
• Finalizes inventory for reporting with enclosures, letters, and detailed notes.
• Facilitates use of replacement services as requested by the Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Communicates with colleagues, management, customers and insureds professionally.
• Follows all regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions.
