Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Contents Adjuster to evaluate residential and commercial contents inventories for replacement cost and ACV. The role supports reporting preparation and may coordinate replacement services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; resident adjuster license preferred.
• One year of customer service experience or equivalent; accounting/insurance background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates contents inventories on Replacement Cost and ACV bases.
• Prepares enclosures, letters, and detailed notes for reporting.
• Facilitates use of replacement services as requested by Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Applies policy-based limitations and exclusions.
• Logs daily field activity and time.
