Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Telecommuter-based contents specialist to work with management on staff development and to review work, delivering diplomatic feedback to maintain high-quality outputs. The role supports Telecommuter WI, MI, NE, MN, KS, IA, MO, SD, ND, IL locations and is a full-time position.

The candidate will prepare reports, evaluate inventories on replacement cost and actual cash value, apply policy limitations, and finalize reporting packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and correspondence to customers, other adjusters, and insureds.
• Evaluate residential and commercial contents inventories for replacement cost and actual cash value.
• Apply limitations and exclusions based on policy.
• Finalize inventory for reporting including enclosures, letters, and notes.
• Facilitate replacement services as requested by Contents Adjuster.
• Review and process replacement receipts.
• Communicate with colleagues, management, customers, and insureds professionally.
• Conform with regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
