Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of customer service experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and correspondence to customers, other adjusters, and insureds.
• Evaluates inventories on replacement cost and actual cash value bases.
• Applies policy limits and exclusions.
• Finalizes inventory reporting including enclosures and notes.
• Facilitates use of replacement services as requested by Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Communicates with colleagues, management, customers, and insureds professionally.
