Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Contents Evaluator Associate for a remote role based in Kansas. You will work with management on staff development and review work to maintain quality of content inventories and reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, evaluating inventories for replacement cost or actual cash value, applying policy limits, and coordinating with adjusters and insureds. Strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in policy language interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and correspondence to customers, other adjusters, and insureds.
• Evaluates residential and commercial contents inventories for replacement cost and actual cash value.
• Applies limitations and exclusions based on policy coverage.
• Finalizes inventory reporting via enclosures, letters, and detailed notes.
• Coordinates replacement services as requested by the Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Communicates with colleagues, management, customers, and insureds professionally.
• Follows all regulations, policies, and procedures.
