Assemble is hiring a Community Growth Associate who will connect with senior decision-makers, map target member accounts, and book qualified conversations for expansion across Boards, Councils, and summits. You’llPartner with Directors to meet monthly growth goals and strengthen member relationships in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Relationship-builder who can influence executives up to the C-level with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior executives.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and maintaining CRM records accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and creative problem solver who enjoys understanding organizational structure.

Aufgaben

• Achieve individual and team goals for qualified briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities created, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts, ensuring every new contact has a relevant first touchpoint.
• Manage a high volume of emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach across a large pipeline.
• Research and map each member account to find new executives, functions, and teams, uncovering whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for leadership, handing over clear context before each one.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, Boards, Councils, summits, and network.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams on projects and strategy that drive account growth.
• Use CRM data and feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach playbooks.
