Zusammenfassung

Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and bring the right people to peer-driven conversations. You will map accounts, reach new executives, and book qualified conversations to drive seat, Board, and Council expansion.

You'll work with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors, carrying monthly goals and shaping growth strategy in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead outreach to senior executives to generate qualified conversations.
• Map accounts to identify engagement opportunities and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for growth leaders and hand off with context.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, boards, councils, and summits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth and refine outreach playbooks.
