Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and bring the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations. You’ll research and map each account in your Practice, reach new executives who would benefit from our Boards, Councils, and summits, and book qualified conversations that move opportunities forward.

You’ll carry monthly targets and collaborate with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors to strengthen member

Qualifikationen

• Curious, detail-oriented, organized with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with senior executives.
• Able to own KPIs and follow detailed operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills across organizations and C-level executives.

Aufgaben

• Achieve individual and team goals for qualified briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts in your Practice.
• Manage a high volume of emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research and map each member account to identify new executives and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for senior leaders with the Director of Community Growth and Membership team.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, Boards, Councils, and summits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects and strategy to drive account growth.
• Refine targeting and messaging using CRM data and member feedback.
