Assemble in the United States is seeking a Community Growth Associate to engage senior executives and expand member networks across Boards, Councils, and summits. You will map accounts and book qualified conversations, handing them off with context to sustain momentum and growth.

In this fully remote role, you’ll carry monthly outreach goals and collaborate with Directors to strengthen member relationships. A curious, organized, and communicative mindset is essential for success.

Formación

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a related role.
• Ability to influence executives up to the C-level with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior outreach.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and maintaining CRM records in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and creative problem-solver who analyzes organizational structure.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual and team goals for briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts to ensure meaningful first touches.
• Manage high volume emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach across a rolling pipeline.
• Map each member account to uncover whitespace for seat, Board, and Council expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for leadership and hand off with context.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, boards, councils, and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects that drive account growth.
• Use CRM data and feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and playbooks.
