Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate focused on driving growth within member companies that value our Boards, Councils, and summits. You’ll connect with senior decision-makers, map accounts, and book qualified conversations to expand seat, Board, and Council participation.

You’ll carry monthly goals and partner with the Director of Community Growth and Membership Directors to strengthen member relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Relationship-builder who engages executives up to C-level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with senior leaders.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and following detailed procedures, in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and problem solver who maps organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team goals for briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts with a relevant first touchpoint.
• Manage high volume of emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach across a large pipeline.
• Research and map member accounts to uncover whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for leadership and hand off with context to move deals forward.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble’s communities, boards, councils, and summits.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams on growth projects and strategy.
