Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and expand member engagements. You’ll research accounts, map opportunities, and book qualified conversations to drive seat, Board, and Council expansion. This fully remote role targets growth within select US states, including where applicants reside.

You’ll drive outreach across accounts, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with Directors to strengthen member relationships and achieve monthly goals.

Formación

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, or similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
• KPI ownership and CRM record accuracy.
• Curious researcher and strategic thinker.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual and team goals for briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities.
• Run outreach across member accounts for relevant first touchpoints.
• Manage high volume emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Map member accounts to identify new executives and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations with leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities and events.
• Work cross-functionally on projects that drive growth.
• Refine targeting and messaging using CRM data and feedback.
