Assemble is seeking a Community Growth Associate to lead outreach and growth within member companies, engaging senior decision-makers for peer-driven conversations. You will map accounts, book qualified conversations, and work with leadership to expand seat, Board, and Council participation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsabilités

• Achieve qualified briefs scheduled and expansion opportunities on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts to ensure relevant first touches.
• Manage high-volume emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach across a rolling pipeline.
• Map each member account to identify new executives, functions, and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for leadership and hand over context before each meeting.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, Boards, Councils, summits, and networks.
