Assemble is hiring a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers at member companies, drive growth, and expand engagement across Boards, Councils, and summits. You’ll map accounts, reach executives, and coordinate qualified conversations with the growth team.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, CRM discipline, and a data-driven approach to expand Assemble’s peer-driven communities while collaborating with Directors and Membership teams in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Able to reach executives and influence decisions at senior levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach to C-level executives.
• Comfortable with documenting processes and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth by connecting with senior decision-makers and coordinating introductions for Boards, Councils, and summits.
• Research and map target accounts to identify opportunities and whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations and hand off with clear context to the relevant teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble communities, events, and networks, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate account growth.
• Track outreach metrics and continuously refine targeting and messaging.
