LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join a performance-driven team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing methods to locate borrowers while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely from approved states.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations.
• Experience working in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.
