Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking Remote Collections Specialists in the United States to leverage strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, arrange payments, and use skip-tracing to locate borrowers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
