LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking remote Collections Specialists to join our team. If you have 2+ years of third-party debt collection, strong negotiation skills, and a drive to achieve results, you can help us reach recovery goals while maintaining compliance.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and use skip-tracing tools. A professional remote workspace and the ability to work in approved states are required, with performance-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume collections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Professional remote-work setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on borrowers' finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize account portfolios to maximize recoveries.
