This role offers a 100% remote setup, performance-based commission, and a Mon-Fri schedule. Applicants must reside in an approved state and have reliable internet for confidential conversations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrower circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Work toward individual and department performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
