Job summary

Reserv is an insurtech redefining claims with AI and automation, seeking a Claims Manager to lead multiple adjuster teams across lines of business. You will drive operational effectiveness, leverage analytics, and ensure high-quality service for clients and policyholders.

You will manage teams in a remote-first environment, shape claims processes, and maintain SLAs while fostering a culture of empathy, growth, and accountability. CPA/CPCU experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or related field; CPCU/AIC a plus.
• 10+ years in insurance claims management across multiple lines, auto with BI preferred.
• 5+ years in remote management roles or remote environment.
• Tech-savvy with ability to evolve claims systems for efficiency.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of adjusters across lines of business.
• Meet or exceed goals and remove obstacles to performance.
• Implement best practices for claims handling from intake to recovery.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Align team with client expectations and serve as escalation resource.
• Ensure accuracy of claim reserving and regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to mitigate fraud and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster teamwork, professional growth, and a positive work environment.
• Oversee training, hiring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Compliance, and Claims Ops to resolve complex issues.
• Build strong relationships with policyholders, agents, brokers, and legal partners.
• Present reports and loss trends to clients and advise on mitigation.
