Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Property Claims Manager to lead multiple Property Claim Team Leads and their teams across a range of accounts. You will drive operational effectiveness by applying analytics, technology, and disciplined processes to improve performance and customer outcomes.

You will maintain high quality standards, ensure compliance with SLAs, and mentor teams in a remote environment. A strong background in property claims, leadership, and collaboration with internal and external partners is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or related field.
5+ years in property claims within the insurance industry.
3+ years of management experience, preferably remote.
Comfortable with technology and evolving systems to drive efficiencies.
Integrity and strong sense of accountability with confidential information.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple Property Claim Team Leads across diverse accounts.
Analyze claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
Ensure accuracy and adequacy of reserving.
Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Compliance, Claim Operations).
Prepare and present loss reports and advise clients on trends.
