Reserv, an insurtech focused on AI and automation for claims, is seeking a Team Lead to support a Claims manager and oversee the Commercial Auto Claims adjusting staff. You will drive operational efficiencies, leverage analytics, and balance leadership with hands-on claims work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance claims, multiple lines preferred.
• 3+ years in leadership, remote management experience
• Active adjuster license or DHS with willingness to obtain required licenses
• Strong analytics, reporting, and client communication skills
• Proven ability to guide teams, improve processes, and hit targets

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a claims team, balancing management and individual contributor duties
• Oversee claims intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery
• Prepare and present claims reports and trends to clients
• Foster a remote-first, collaborative, performance-driven culture
