Job summary

Reserv is seeking a seasoned Claims Manager to lead a multi-line team of claims professionals and deliver efficient, tech-driven service.

You will implement best practices, analyze data for trends, and maintain regulatory and client SLAs while fostering growth and a positive remote-first culture. Candidates should have extensive insurance claims leadership, active adjuster licensing, and a track record managing complex transport and liability accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or related field.
• Active adjuster license required: resident state license if available, otherwise DHS license.
• 10+ years in insurance claims management across multiple lines, with trucking/general liability/auto BI preferred.
• 5+ years of remote management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leads and adjusters across multiple lines of business.
• Achieve or exceed goals and drive process improvements.
• Oversee claim intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and client SLAs.
• Develop strategies to mitigate fraud and manage reserving accuracy.
• Foster a positive, remote-first work environment and manage training.
