You will partner with internal teams and clients to optimize claims operations, leveraging data to reduce losses while mentoring staff and maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in insurance claims management across multiple lines.
• 5+ years of remote-management experience.
• Strong technology fluency to evolve claims systems and processes.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of adjusters across lines of business.
• Achieve or exceed goals and overcome obstacles.
• Implement best practices for claims handling.
• Monitor claims data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
