Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Property Claims Manager to lead teams of Property Claim Team Leads and their desk adjusters across a range of accounts. You will use technology and analytics to drive performance, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure regulatory and contractual SLAs are met.

You will guide loss reporting, trend analysis, and loss mitigation strategies while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment and coordinating with Account Management, Compliance, and Claim Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or related field. Certifications (e.g., CPCU, AIC) are a plus.
• 5+ years in insurance claims experience in the Property Claims lines of business; Lloyd's of London Markets experience preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Property Claim Team Leads who oversee teams of adjusters across diverse accounts.
• Achieve or exceed goals and overcome obstacles.
• Implement best practices for handling, including evaluation and settlement; monitor claims data for trends and process improvements.
• Align team expectations with client and customer requirements throughout the loss process.
• Serve as a resource for escalations and ensure accuracy and adequacy of reserving.
