• 10+ years in insurance claims management across multiple lines of business.
• Experience leading teams of claims professionals and managers.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to claims performance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and contractual SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote team of claims leads and adjusters across multiple lines of business.
• Drive operational performance and ensure achievement of goals.
• Implement best practices for intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement and recovery.
• Monitor claims data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Align team expectations with client and customer requirements.
• Mentor and develop team members to enable growth and performance.
• Ensure accuracy and adequacy of all claim reserving activities.
