Job summary

Reserv, an insurtech delivering AI-driven claims automation, is seeking a Claims Customer Experience Team Lead to mentor the CX team and implement new processes. The role emphasizes leadership, insurance expertise, and a commitment to white-glove service across the claims lifecycle.

You will collaborate with claims adjusters and leadership to gather feedback, streamline operations, and identify technology and process improvements while ensuring compliance and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance claims processes, terminology, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with empathy.
• Experience leading a diverse team and driving customer-focused results.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to team members on claims processes and prompt resolution of claims.
• Maintain dependable performance to meet goals and optimize claims handling.
• Align team with client and customer expectations of the claims process.
• Recruit, train, and coach new and existing team members with leadership support.
• Offer mentorship with understanding of insurance claims processes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Claim Operations, Product Operations, and Engineering.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting claims.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and promote a positive, customer-centric culture.
