Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead to ensure ServiceNow processes are understood, adopted, and sustained by end users across client teams. You will lead enablement activities, create user guides, design Train-the-Trainer sessions, and support knowledge transfer from go-live to steady-state, with a flexible remote-friendly model in the United States.

Competenze

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials.
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams.

Mansioni

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities.
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions that prepare client trainers to scale learning across the organization.
