Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Change and Enablement Lead. You will drive adoption of ServiceNow processes, develop role-based guidance, and design Train-the-Trainer programs to scale learning across client organizations.

You will collaborate with client teams and delivery squads, guiding users from go-live through steady-state operations and overseeing knowledge transfer to client support teams.

Competenze

• Experience leading change management, enablement, and user adoption for ServiceNow implementations
• Ability to develop role-based process guidance and training materials such as Quick Reference Guides
• Experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs
• Experience supporting operational transitions and knowledge transfer to client or support teams

Mansioni

• Lead change management and enablement activities that drive adoption of new ServiceNow processes and capabilities
• Create Quick Reference Guides and role-based process guidance tailored to each user group
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions that prepare client trainers to scale learning across the organization
• Support the transition to operations through structured knowledge transfer and handover to client teams
• Partner with stakeholders to spot adoption gaps and adjust enablement materials and approach
