Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in admin, operations or systems support.
• 2–3 years using RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents.
• Detail-oriented, organized, reliable with deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new systems as the team scales.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute centralized admin and system‑related tasks per SOPs.
• Maintain organization in a remote work environment.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with tasks as needed.
• Perform centralized tasks across multiple properties as the function grows.
• Resident-facing role requiring regular phone communication and timely follow‑ups.
• Hybrid role with in‑person days, trainings, or support as needed.
