Job summary

Billingsley seeks a Senior Centralized Support Specialist to optimize centralized operations across multifamily communities. You will lead, train, and improve processes, ensuring SOP adherence and high-quality resident service.

You will act as a senior resource, guiding complex workflows, supporting onboarding and ongoing staff development, and partnering with onsite leaders to maintain consistency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management or centralized operations experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train, coach, influence, and support peers; prior lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of centralized workflows, SOPs, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Support centralized operations including applications, lease docs, renewals, and resident communications.
• Escalate complex transactions and resolve process and resident-account questions.
• Review workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure portfolio-wide consistency across communities.
