Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Centralized – Operations Specialist to join the Centralized Services Team. You will collaborate with onsite teams and corporate support to deliver exceptional resident services and maintain compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include managing delinquency workflows, processing accounts payable, maintaining resident dashboards, and handling data entry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support leasing operations and vendor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in off-campus student housing leasing or conventional housing leasing.
• Internal candidates must have minimum of 1 year experience as a Resident Services Manager, Associate Community Manager, Associate Sales & Marketing Manager or a Leasing and Marketing Assistant/Professional.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquency handoff and follow ups with Landmark’s AI assistant.
• Process open Accounts Payable and maintain vendor relations.
• Manage resident dashboards for contact needs, progress status, reviews and financial notices.
• Conduct weekly outreach regarding delinquency.
• Audit insurance enrollment and LEAP invoices; report concerns.
• Complete utility pre-bill audits and coordinate with Community Manager.
