Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide comfort and support, and dispatch responses across the country. The role is fully remote with a starting pay of $15 per hour and 1st shift including at least one weekend day.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality. Training and compliance testing are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact center.
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with calm, empathetic communication.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
