Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role offers 1st shift with one required weekend day and starts at $15/hr.

You will handle calls, document interactions, and assist with system updates while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality service. Training and compliance testing are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote, highly attentive service role.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls using protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support with scripted and adaptive responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with calm, empathetic care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time accurately.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members when appropriate.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
