Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role will operate on a 2nd shift and include at least one weekend day.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, with weekdays, overtime, and flexible scheduling as needed. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across screens.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Remote work capability with minimum internet speeds (50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up).
• Starting compensation: $16 per hour

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
