Job summary

Modivcare seeks a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires weekend availability, and shifts start with 1st shift. Starting compensation is $15 per hour, with full training and compliance requirements.

You will handle calls, document details in real time, and maintain confidentiality while assisting members with empathy and accuracy. Strong communication and typing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Remote capability: internet speeds of 50Mbps down and 25Mbps up required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Talk and type while navigating multiple screens and systems.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
