Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role starts at $15/hr and requires weekend availability, with a 1st shift schedule.

You will handle inbound calls, document details in real-time, and deliver empathetic service while maintaining confidentiality and using CRM tools. Training and compliance are included.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Schedules: Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote capability: Minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, follow protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses accordingly.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for members.
• Verify and update customer information in the system to ensure records are accurate.
